# Let's connect. We'll take it from here.

Your technician invited you here. Choose your device below, follow the steps — and stay on the phone with us.

### Windows

1. **Download RustDesk**
Click below. Save the file to your Downloads.
   [Download for Windows](https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/releases/download/1.4.6/rustdesk-1.4.6-x86_64.exe)
If the browser says the file is dangerous → click Keep or Keep anyway (do not click Delete).

2. **Install**
Open your Downloads (Ctrl+J), double-click the rustdesk….exe file. If Windows shows “protected your PC” → More info → Run anyway, then Next → Install.

3. **Configure the Aptitude server**
In RustDesk → the ⋮ menu next to your ID → Network → Unlock. Then paste the two values below:

   ID server
   `remote.aptitude.cloud`

   Key
   `AjeX5FXwZ9dZyvKEsISB7cE+GCsvJDIKE4eb8uM764Y=`

5. **Authorize the connection**
When the technician connects, a RustDesk window appears — click Accept.
If you are asked for a password, read the one-time password shown at the top of the RustDesk window (or the one the technician gave you).

### macOS
