# Connectivity & physical security

Network, video surveillance, access control, alarm and sensors: the entire UniFi ecosystem, deployed and operated by Aptitude under a single console. We are UniFi certified and have access to their full catalog — if it's in the Ubiquiti store, we can install and manage it.

## Your entire physical infrastructure, designed as one product.

Rather than stacking brands that don't talk to each other, we operate the UniFi ecosystem: network, cameras, doors, alarm and sensors share one console, one identity, one event log — with no per-device subscription fees.

- Design: VLAN segmentation, WiFi plan, remote sites, perimeter security
- Deployment: installation, PoE cabling, provisioning, takeover of the existing fleet
- Monitoring and management included in our managed IT services
- Rental option: equipment, replacement and management in a single monthly fee

## Much more than network and cameras.

Activate what you need today, add the rest when you're ready — without changing platform or vendor.

### Network (UniFi Network)

Gateways, PoE switches and WiFi 6/7 access points. VLAN segmentation, guest network, firewall, VPN and site-to-site links.

### Video surveillance (UniFi Protect)

Indoor and outdoor IP cameras, local recorder, mobile viewing, AI detection and video doorbells.

### Access control (UniFi Access)

Door readers, electric locks and video intercoms. Unlock by card, NFC, phone or code — with a complete access log.

### Alarm & sensors

Intrusion detection, door and motion sensors, air quality, vaping detection, water leak and temperature.

### Audio & display

PoE announcement speakers, audio/video-over-IP bridges and digital signage for your workspaces or reception areas.

### Multi-site, no subscription

All your branches under a single dashboard, operated by Aptitude. No recurring license per camera, per door or per device.

## Your doors, managed like your network.

UniFi access control replaces keys and keyrings with rights you grant and revoke in seconds — and that leave a trail.

- Unlock by card, NFC badge, phone or code — your choice, per person and per door.
- Video intercoms: see and speak to the visitor, open remotely, all tied to your Protect cameras.
- Access schedules: who can enter, where and when. No more rekeying when someone leaves.
- Complete log: every unlock is time-stamped, linked to a person and viewable with the corresponding video.
- Coupled with your ERP: an employee's arrival or departure can trigger the granting or revocation of their access — an advantage of our dual network + ERPNext expertise.

## To tie it all together, securely: our own VPN.

On top of the physical network, we run our own next-generation VPN, which we built on the open-source Nebula technology. It links your sites, servers, devices and remote employees through an encrypted peer-to-peer mesh — independent of the Internet provider and the type of link.

- Permanent encrypted tunnel, established automatically — no reconfiguration to redo for each new site.
- Peer-to-peer mesh: your branches talk directly to each other, with no central hub slowing everything down.
- Transport-independent: fibre, LTE or WiFi, with seamless failover between links.
- The same layer secures access to your managed services, monitoring and remote support.
